Terms and Conditions of Service – Unitelane Auto Service

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using Unitelane's auto repair and maintenance services in Poland. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Service Agreement: Unitelane provides professional auto repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services. All work is performed by certified mechanics using quality parts and modern equipment. We strive to deliver honest, reliable, and transparent service to every customer.

Service Estimates & Pricing

All service estimates are provided in good faith based on initial inspection. Final pricing may vary based on additional issues discovered during service. We will always inform you of any changes before proceeding with additional work. All prices are in Polish Złoty (PLN) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Warranty & Guarantees

We provide warranty on all repair work and parts used. Warranty periods vary by service type and parts used. Our warranty covers workmanship and defective parts but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse. Warranty details will be provided with each service invoice.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their vehicle's condition and history. Any personal belongings left in the vehicle during service are left at the customer's own risk. We recommend removing all valuable items before service begins.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers. For large repairs, we may require a deposit before work begins. Late payment may result in additional charges.

Liability & Insurance

Unitelane carries appropriate insurance for our business operations. While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, our liability is limited to the value of the work performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage not related to our service work.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Appointments can be scheduled by phone, email, or in person. We ask for 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency services are available during business hours.

Data Protection & Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with Polish data protection laws. Customer information is used solely for service provision and will not be shared with third parties without consent. See our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

Complaints & Disputes

We strive to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. If you have a complaint about our service, please contact us directly. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. Unresolved disputes may be subject to Polish consumer protection laws.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
